    .       E-mail our Customer Satisfaction Department and they will send you an authorization return label
  4. What kind of warranty do your products have?
               All parts are checked out before shipping.  All warrantees are Made by Glock. INC we do not offer any warrantees.
  5. How long will it take for my internet order to process?
    .       It will take up to 48 business hours for an order placed over the internet to process.
  6. When I enter my credit card number over the internet, is it a secured area?
    .       Yes, it is a secured area
  7. What is the quickest way to check on my order?
    .       You can use our automated system at 24 hours a day.
  8. Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
    .       If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

An Item Is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive
from glockpartsrus.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us.
Most merchandise can be returned to a store or by mail within 90 days of
delivery. See our Returns Policy for exceptions.


To return an item by mail:

  1. Include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
  2. Print a return label from this site. Without this label we will be unable to process the return. If you do not have a printer, please return the item to a store.
  3. Use the "Return by Mail" button below for further instructions on
    mailing your item.

About Mail Returns

  • The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks
  • Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
  • If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges
  • There are restrictions for returns based on item size, materials, departments, etc. For more information, please see the Returns Policy.
  • We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. Glock Parts R Us cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
  • Glock Parts R Us cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).

Please Note: All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no changing an order, once it has been placed it’s done. and all orders that have been refused by the credit card company will not be processed a second time.
